The Place of Peace
The moon over the harbor is a sight to see,
a tranquil moment, a moment of peace,
the moonlight dances on the waves below,
a reflection of the beauty that we all know.
The boat in the harbor sway to the beat,
of the water that gently rocks beneath their feet.
The stars in the sky are covered by dark ominous clouds,
a reminder of my own life.
The moon over the harbor is a moment of bliss,
a chance to escape the world’s chaos and hiss.
The harbor is a place where I can find calm,
and soak in the beauty of the moon's gentle balm.
