I can't live let it go
although they say I must
but I know that I can't
I just don't have much trust

Please leave me be
for I did nothing wrong
I can't live without it
my willpower's not strong

I will not be conquered
I will not waver
for how can I let go
of my valued lifesaver?

We've been through it all
through the think and thin
It's stuck right beside me
no matter loss nor win

So tell me one thing:
why must we part?
I'm losing a friend
whose home is in my heart

It just doesn't make sense
It's truly upsetting
Maybe you're lying
The truth I'm not getting

For what reason do you have
for wrongly separating
such two good friends
to whom you're betraying

So stop pulling and yanking
on my one true friend
the only thing in this world
on whom I depend

I'm slowly decreasing
my victory hold
and knowing this
you've become very bold
You're hold gets tighter
while your pulling gets stronger
I don't think that I
have a chance any longer

You've won. I lost
Now I'm really distraught
by this overwhelming sense of loss
to which you brought

You've stripped it away
Now I feel naked
What will I do
without my security blanket?

the 3rd to last paragraph(the oddly large one) should have a space between the middle of it to make two separate paragraphs. sorry:)
