I remember wind flowing through my fur as I pulled the sled.

I remember my feet tromping over the ice; a heartbeat.

Now bits and pieces flow past in the current. Is it hot in here?

This is a sijo poem about sled dogs in Greenland who find themselves homeless and without purpose after losing their jobs due to global warming.
