I'm forever blowing bubbles
They rain on me
flying up in th eheavans
Taking my dreams with them
Crushing my hopes,
Killing my dreams,
I say no, please!
Pop! pop! There they go.
Where they land,
No one knows.
The blood in my veins
Stirs on the ground;
Sitting, flowing,
Running, growing,
Racing, going,
All across the land.
In the final kiss of death,
The world goes unmanned,
the day unplanned.

Blackness...

The darkness of death collides and I am

Numb

and

Sad
Days and maybe dreams go by
Unwarmed,
Unhappy
Deep in the dreamless hours I am happy,
Deep in years of must I sit here
The days go by with indescrestion.
I grow weary,
complacent with the tortures of small demons in this hell I call home.
Lingeringly I wish for days past,
bright, golden, sunny days.
But the rays of the sun cannot reach into this hole
For the rays of the sun cannot reach down here into this hole I have dug
to stop the demons,
stop this torture,
stop this death
Skeletons dance before our eyes as we
Sit
in
the
Dust

Suddenly I breathe
The pain is terrible
I can live
I am alive
Again.

The author's comments:
I wrote this for a dear friend of mine who was/is suicidal. She said that it helped, though, and I am very glad. As you can see, it's about someone who tried to commit suicide, but is saved just before death.
