Seeing You Again
Having no one makes me sad.
Even the long days seem bad.
With no one around.
My heart begins to pound.
For the monsters in the shadows lurk.
They can tell my body and mind has been overworked.
A painful twinge of fear lingers through my soul.
As my body runs hot like coal.
I cry a desperate shout.
I try to get up but my body doubts.
A scream ripples through my mouth asking for help.
In the shadows there I knelt.
With no one around.
To even hear a sound.
For now I know there is no escape.
As I'm lifted harshly by my cape.
They drag me back to the Inferno of Damnation.
Were the people there disguised as Satan.
I look up at the moon as they drag me away.
Much as they think it I will not willingly stay.
I stare at the bright moonlight.
As it starts to vanish I get one last sight.
Tears fall down my cheek.
Ones I in fact did seek.
For this is my end.
