Why God
If you are our Father
Why then do so many children feel abandoned?
If you love us immensely
Why then do these people in Darfur suffer from pain and misery?
We turn our other cheek as you ask
Yet we get hit again
We forgive those who trespass against us
And we get deceived again
Why God must these families in Darfur feel pain daily?
Why God is there cross so much greater than mine?
I have not lost faith in you
Maybe this is just a test for them
I know what you do is good
But why must you work in such mysterious ways
Why God?
