I miss the person who knew me so well,
i miss the late night conversations.
the long love letters,
even the fights..all the complications.

i miss running home from school,
just so we could speak.
i miss the feeling i'd get when i see him,
the way my knees would go weak.

i miss laughing & joking,
until our faces turned red.
i miss the muffled giggles,
while we fooled around in his bed..

i miss the way he'd hug me,
like a big teddy bear.
i miss the friendship most of all,
and his fingers in my hair.

i miss the huge phone bills,
and my mother warning me not to get too involved..
but it seemed like everytime i would hear his voice,
all my problems were solved.

i miss the missing him,
and scribling our names into trees.
i miss the way he'd grab my hand..
and give a gental squeeze.

i miss the boy that i first loved,
the one that said goodbye.
i miss this boy so very much,
theres so many reasons why.
