A Wedding

The loud roar of the
Awaiting crowd,
Just a quiet hum to her
Delicate ears.

In her own peaceful world
She quietly sits,
Ready to meet with her love,
Her wedding, a dance,
Each step a gentle kiss.

True love ready to
Unleash itself
With the movement
Of her feet.

Quietly she sits backstage,
Preparing her shoes
For her
Masterpiece.

So much strength
Held in a
Fragile form.
Breathe.
One moment of silence
As she dances onto
Her stage.

I am like a star burst. A juicy contradiction. I'm hard to figure out, but when you get to my center, your suprised! It's not what you thought it would be, huh.

This is beautiful, I am a dancer as well. Please read and comment on my poetry if you have a chance, as I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
