The Human Understanding
Rain. The pitter patter of droplets. The lightning, followed by thunder.
How does the earth do the things it does? What kind of awesome power
has allowed us to behold the beauty of earth? Unfortunately, the world
is deteriorating. Not only the environment itself, but the human beings
here are becoming savage beasts. Once again. Would God send a flood to
cleanse us, once more? Is that what rain was meant for? To clean the
world and it's people of everything they have done? Is it a fresh start?
As if all our sins are washed away by the lovely crystal drops.
When I say these things, I am known as insane. No one understands
how I think. No one sees what I see. My thinking surpasses the average
human understanding. In a way, I feel sorry for them. Poor creatures.
So oblivious to the things around them. Only some can see the true
wonders of the earth. Those are the humans that I admire. I pity the rest
of the world's inhabitants.
The question is, can these sad things change? Can they see what they
never saw before?
The world is full of questions. Some will never be answered.
Sadly, the questions that we will never know the answer to, are
the important ones. But all good things come to those who can wait.
