Can I Get Some Help?
Schools are made to teach kids that are normal. You know, the ones withiuut ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, depression, or any kind of learning dissabilty. And then they turn around, and they wonder why we don't do well.
Did you know that 20 percent of the population under eighteen has a mental ilness? If you take that into acccount, plus the amount of the population that has a learning dissabilty (10%), that adds up to a whole lot of failures, simply because the money that could go towards building schools and hiring special teachers, goes towards the next political campaign or the army.
It seems as if no one really cares about this particular subject, so I think it'll be a while before we see any changes in our schools, unless we do something about it. So, think on that one, readers.
