Masterpiece Cakeshop vs Colorado Civil Rights Commission
Hi, guys. A recent issue has come to my attention of a gay couple who aren’t able to buy a cake from a Cakeshop due to the owner not supporting the same sex couples. David Mullins and Charlie Craig shouldn’t have been discriminated like that just for demonstrating who they are. Nobody should be embarrassed if they’re gay, lesbian, or bisexual. People should just accept how some people are. I understand if some people are super religious and believe that God created a man and a woman for a reason, but it’s not our business how people decide to be happy. When people discriminate each other, it’s like bringing racism back into the world and repeating history all over again. The whites didn’t like and disrespected the blacks. In his case, the bakery owner, Jack Phillips, dislikes and disrespected a couple who just wanted to celebrate their union.
