Fall
Trees, vibrant colors, clothes, Friday night lights. Those things all come with my favorite season. Fall. My favorite season is most definitely fall. I love when it starts to get cold outside and the leaves on the trees start to turn really pretty colors. Red. Yellow. Orange. Brown. They blend so well together. I love the clothing that comes out during the fall season. Jeans. Leggings. Sweaters. Scarves. Boots. Fall is the season of pumpkin spice. Boy do I LOVE pumpkin spice. I love everything pumpkin spice. I do tend to get sick of it after a while, so thank God it’s only here for a few months. In order to burn off all those pumpkin spice calories, I’ve gotta run. The cross country season begins in the summer but carries well into the fall season. The crisp, clean, pure air makes running so much more enjoyable. I feel as though you can’t really get a full breath of air when running in the intense heat that the summer brings. When things start to cool down, I feel like I can finally breathe. Friday nights. Friday nights bring football, friends, and fire pits. Dressing up in all the silly outfits is what makes some of those fall nights the most memorable. Hawaiian. Fight night. Red out. Friday night lights. Most weekends you can find me wrapped up in the blanket sitting around the fire pit. I’m never too hot and never too cold. I’m just the right temperature all cozied up by the fire. Waking up the next morning to the birds chirping is one of the most relaxing things. Leaving my windows open with the smallest crack allows me to feel the crisp morning air and the sounds of all of the little creatures, camping outside my window. What is there not to love about fall?
