This place of worship, Thisforsaken, window-filled dome,
This hard, oak-wood floor, This rainbow oforiental fabrics,
This crowd of peasants with possessions galore
Near fitfor an emperor happy on his throne,
This country of jewels, This yellow,shining enemy
This spiritual state surmises a utopian dream,
Which housesan array of beautiful people,
Or protects its variety of unusualanimals,
After the rain subsides from the green grass blossoms,
Thispleasing field of flowers, This shepherd's land,
This over-powering
