18 Green Fields
They are the only ones that calm me. I am the only one that walks them. Eighteen green fields with mini beaches and multiple lengths of grass. Eighteen that are not natural but deserve to be here. Eighteen reasons to never leave the property. From my room, I can see them, but can’t stand on their luscious sod.
Their abilities are intense. They fill up of the distinctive horizon. They thrive in the spring and wither down to a dust in the winter. This is how they live.
Let one forget its reason for being, they’d all grow like weeds into an unplayable field. Study, study, study they say when I’m at home. They lure.
When I am too stressed and too angry to stay studying, when I am in for a long night, then it is I play golf. When there is nothing left to do this summer. Eighteen who succeeded to stay green. Eighteen who calm and never forget to calm. Eighteen whose only goal is to be and be.
