Was It Easy?
I just have one question. Was it easy? Easy to see my pain?To watch me slowly break down to nothing? To just leave. Saying all those cute things then just walk away like it was nothing, like we were nothing, like I was nothing. Because here’s the thing you don’t get i’m alone. Not the kind of alone where you’re in a room all by yourself. It’s a different kind of alone. When people say that they are here for me forever they don’t mention that forever has an expiration date. At the end of the day, you have her and i have nothing, nobody. And it hurts so freakin bad because i’m finally starting to grasp to the fact that at the end of every day, all i have is me and my messed up thoughts. Is it easy to see the pain on my face while you see the smile on hers. It’s okay, go on pretending. I do that everyday. It’s pretty easy here’s what you do:
no matter how messed up life is, tell yourself it will get better. Once it doesn’t, meet someone you’ve fallen in love with. Have them break your heart. Try to get over that person. Once all that is over, you will finally find out how i feel.
It couldn’t have been easy right? Now you’re the one alone. you’re the one who has all the pain, the tables have been turned. She told you what you wanted to hear. Sound familiar? I loved you, you loved her, she never liked you. Was it easy? I hope it hurts. I hope you feel what i felt. It couldn’t have been easy.
