After watching the video, I fell in a deep thinking. What is my sentence? Most of the people in this video were really famous and they do a lot of great things for their countries or their people. As for me, I have never done these kind of things before. How to describe my life.  When I was thinking, I suddenly got a sentence in my mind. This sentence was told by my foreign teacher, which is to be a better man. It is a very simple sentence, but it is hard to achieve. There is an old saying goes: "there is not best but better." There was no best man appear in world and there will never appear in future. But you can always be better and better. To keep trying in new things, to keep studying new things, to do our best, make our self-more knowledgeable. Never stop and never give up. Some people think that they try so hard for something, but they do not realize there are a lot of people that try even harder. We should always tell ourselves, I did not use all of our ability in this thing; I did not use all of our strength in this thing. We need to keep this in our mind, let it encourage us to keep moving forward. I want to share a example at here, that example is me. when i was in primary school, i ran very slow. nearly all my classmates can win me in race. i was really upset at that time, afraid to have PE class. finally, i decided to join the running club. it was a hard decision. all the student in the club were skillful runners. all of them are practice for the competition. the first day was terrible, all the people could run faster than me. some of the student started to laughed at me. i did not know what to do. i even came up the thought to give up. after a struggle for a long time, i choose to keep practice. because i know i can be better, one day, i will let those people surprise by my progress. from that time on, i practice my running skills every day. after one year, when i was standing on the podium, i cried. i make it.

If we are not good today, that is OK. But we need to make sure that you are going to be better tomorrow. Keeping doing it, step by step. Finally we are going to be one of the great man in world!
