Sacramento, My Home
From a view of an bird’s eye you would see a breathtaking place known as Sacramento. Me being able to wake up to hear peaceful lyrics in my ears. Walking out my door steps, all that is in the front of me are thrilling colors of many different leaves falling slowly down to green short grasses. Looking left and right from where I stand still, yet many blue jays finding trees to built their own homes and I would heard harsh cries every morning, evening, and night.
Although you think Sacramento is a wonderful city, you don’t know the real truth of it from someone who actually lives in Sacramento. From a bird’s eye you wouldn’t see breathtaking places, instead you’ll see dirty streets filled with people’s dumping. Waking up early in the morning, I would hear nothing close to lyrics. But what I would hear is the loud annoying sirens roaming through my neighborhood. California’s drought doesn’t just harm others cities, but Sacramento is also stuck with the miserable non green grass and dying trees. We’re in the drought as well. I may see blue jays flying from tree to tree, but instead of their harsh cries, I hear terrible unknown pops that makes my ears goes ringing like crazy.
The unexplainable problems in my community are worthless to people living here. We being helpless to all the homeless that we see poorly next to tall gray light poles. Seeing many plain colors on walls, it’s really expensive to get rid of all the graffiti that we see regularly everyday. Violence isn’t just on the outside world, but it happens inside schools. As of what people are struggling is with getting mails, because of mail theft, they are destroying mailboxes to steal informations of someone’s personal life. Which makes the community have to do more work in order to get their personal information safely.
In conclusion, I would prefer you to live in Sacramento, but try to get a good connection in your neighborhood so you would know that it’s a safe place to live in.
