Our life is short compared to the universe and how long it has been here. Think about it like this, we stay here for about 100 years more or less. According to the Bible, "people are like a mist we are here one moment and gone the next."  So, we can't waste it on something that does not apply to us. We have got to help the underdogs and help the people who need it. You might be thinking to yourself ‘well helping someone else doesn't apply to me’. Yet it does, have you ever heard, “what comes around goes around” so you can try to get active and volunteer in your community.

Every moment that we spend is precious. Because, we never know when our life might end! So we can not get our time back. Really out of that 100 years that we are on this earth we spend 25 years sleeping and more of it on looking for lost things and watching T.V. and more thinking about doing something you can do but you're scared, and that is why the slang term yolo (you only live once) works. I think that we should all live life to the fullest. Don't waste your time working in a place you hate. Being with people who don't care about you. What do you do with most of your time? If you are like me, you are working on what your future holds for you and the love ones in your life.

Life never goes as you plan; there is so many things out there you do that can help the world. There is so many people's lives we can change with a few simple words. These words are "What have you done with your life? These words really make you think. What do I mean? I mean I'm 15 and I want to do something, be someone great. Yeah but everyone wants to do something great so why can’t I?

My mom has never owned a house. We have moved from apartment to duplex to apartment again and again. Have you ever been homeless, even if it is just for a month, or just a few days? But I am privileged in a way.  I have a healthy mom and even though I hate them I have my two brothers and I am healthy two.

I’ve found that as we get older life gets harder. Recently I’ve been thinking about my future. I’ve been thinking how am I going to get into college and what is my career going to be. Yea I know you would say “You have time that you are only a freshman. You have some time.” but ten minutes pass and it’s been a year and next thing you know it been four years. I’m not a girl who thinks in the moment like most people my grade. I am a girl who thinks to the future. So how much thought have you given to your future?

I don't want to be 80 years old on a rocking chair thinking what have I done. I don't want to be at the end of my life thinking who have I helped?  What in my life that I have not done? I don't want to die with any regrets. I want to own my own house. I want to travel the world. See new places and do new things. I don't want to be worth less at the end of my life. I want to be remembered. So do you want to be remembered too? How do you want to be remembered?

So how do I get ahead? The truth is you don't. Everyone can try to tell you that life goes exactly as planned, so I guess you can spend hours a day getting a righting and try to plan your life minute by minute. If you have the time for it or you can write a simple goal on a piece of paper. Just a goal and place it somewhere you will see it and look at it a few minutes a day and the fun part of this is you already have it written down. So, it is planted in your mind. So it has already became a seed. Every time you look at it, it grows like a little flower. Yet, flowers take time to grow and become beautiful so will your goal. This is the prosperous stage.

The next thing is my favorite. As some as you know it the goal starts to bloom. coming out slowly each petal going in place. you are like a puppet master pulling the strings to your destiny. You have got to make this happen, apply somewhere you like if they are suddenly hiring. You and only you can do this part so “dress your best for success”. Now this won’t happen right away but as soon as you know it. This may take years, or months depending on how you play your cards in life.

This is not guaranteed, and works with a few people who believes it will work.

Final step, even though someone rejects you, you are still pretty beautiful.  Even  you were cut with word that someone said in High School. Guess what they were lying because they were unsure of themselves.  So, they to feel better and high and mighty by making your beautiful self cry. But the world will be filled with people you hate everywhere you go, you have to  ignore them.  I mean I was in made fun of in middle school but, now I am ahead in all of my classes. Just because someone makes fun of you yesterday does not mean that you can't be friends tomorrow. You should never go to bed with regrets then you will never get a good night sleep.’

There is so much pain and sorrow in the world today with people getting murdered left and right. Killings on the news and death in your own backyard. Don’t be mad about this I mean that if you're sad about someone you don't even know dying, that means you have a heart and soul. That means that you are human.  So don’t let all the bad news keep you from your destiny.

I would just like to say that you are able to achieve and accomplish anything you put your mind to. You are smart, beautiful and lucky to be here on this earth. Also thank who ever has been taking care of you because they form the building blocks for the rest of your life. If you are still in school or old enough you should go to your school and thank all of the people who has have taught you about life because they have helped you find your destiny even if you don't know it yet.
