Goals and Aspirations
As a Hispanic I have goals and dreams looking for the American dream. My goals are not just dreams their plans. The plan to have a successful career in business and to prove wrong to the ones that doubted me just because I’m Hispanic with illegal parents. The plan to help young hardworking immigrant students looking for the American dream, and the plan to go to college.
My mother has always been a hardworking woman ever since she was 15 years old. She never had the opportunity I have to finish high school because she had to start working at an early age to help her family. My plan is to finish high school and make my mother proud. My mother couldn’t finish high school let alone go to college. My other plan to go to the college of my choose and graduate. My first big plan in my life is to finish all my education.
For years till this day I’ve seen my mom work hard. Leaving for work early, coming back home late, and not spending as much time with her as I would like. All that hard work to help out her family and putting my older brother through college. Get a successful career and becoming a successful business women means a lot to me. It means financial stability for my family and most importantly for my mom. I want to relieve her of all stress and pressure and not having to worry about the families financial problems. My second big plan in life is to become the successful business women my mom would be proud of.
As a Hispanic some people look down upon you because you’re from the other side of the boarder. The feeling that you’re not good enough to make it in life is not the greatest feeling the world. Those feeling bring down young Hispanic student, stopping them from purse their dream of going to college and becoming someone in life. Later giving up completely with their hopes and dreams. After my plans are meat I would want to start a scholarship for young Hispanics looking to go to college but can’t because they either don’t have the money or their illegal. That scholarship will give them the money for their school materials and pay for all the years their field requires, as long as they keep their grades up. I want to give them the help I would want. This is my 3rd big plan in life.
My goals and aspirations don’t stop there, but those are the plans I would most importantly focuses on. My plan to become a successful business women that completed school and helping young Hispanics by pushing them to purse a bright successful future. I want to help many people including my family. I want to become someone in life so I could be known and remembered.
