Dear Kyle - Segment 1
Dear Kyle,
It has become the darkest point in my life. You said I never loved you? You said you no longer loved me? You no longer particularly like me? I could forgive you for that. I could forgive you if you told me you had fallen in love with someone else. Hell, I could forgive you if you had told me you had never loved me to begin with. But I cannot forgive, cannot accept that it is over because of Shawn. I cannot accept that you hate me for that simple statement. I cannot accept that you simply lost love because you were jealous. You were afraid. Why can’t you just tell me the truth? I would have forgiven you if you had said you were afraid. But what you said makes me believe that you are a liar. You have forced me to see you as nothing but a coward and to be just like every other boy I had ever been with. For your sake, I hope you can forgive yourself. Because… at this point in time, I can’t.
