Mommy Where Are You Today?

I opened my eyes first thing on a Saturday morning. Or maybe it was Friday. I don't know, all I know is I was thinking bout' her again.
She is so beautiful. At least I think she still is. What I want to know is how could someone so beautiful lie and hurt me like this?
When I was crying on my bed, my cousin came, and her words spoke to me. She said that my mother is not as strong as me.Yes, she loves me, but she couldn't handle me as far as her strength.
As I wonder where Mommy's at, I think to myself, "maybe we're better off like this."
