Weight loss, weight gain, can’t we just shut up?
I’m so tired of hearing about weight. Weight loss, weight gain, can’t we just shut up? It seems like every time I watch TV I see 30 commercials for how to loose 20 pounds or how to hide the 20 pounds with some bizarre spandex creation. Can’t we ever just be, I mean seriously what’s wrong with what I weigh right now? Sure I’m not model, but that’s not a bad thing. I’m a human, a woman, I have curves, I have lumps and bumps, when did that become wrong? I just wish we as a individuals could just accept who we are big or small, tall or short because I’m really sick of seeing celebrities on those commercials claiming that if you spend $20 a week you will have your dream body. Let’s just let the bodies we have right now today be our dreams bodies because for now that’s all we have because tomorrow is a concept, not a reality so you might not have time to drop that 5 extra pounds. Be happy with what you have and don’t let anyone tell you it’s not enough, or it’s too much.
