Just maybe
So, as I attempt to sift through the jaded and bitter sand that falls through the hourglass of time that is my life, I notice that I don't even know where to begin. I've relished silence and darkness for so long that, when exposed to the light of truth, I'm totally lost. I'm holding all of my beliefs to judgment, testing all of my ways to a rubric of change. I am abandoning abandonment and embracing life as it is, exhausting, ruthless, and maybe, just maybe, worth it.
