THE FUTRUE MARINE!!!
The people I’m surrounded by always tell me, “ You’ll never be good enough to be Marine material.” My parent’s tell me, “You can be anything you want to be. If you wanted to be a doctor, a waiter, anything you want.” But once I told my mom she said, “NO!” before I could even finish my sentence. I always wanted to be a Marine, just like my dad was in the Army. I’m a Giants fan, just like my dad. I’m a Yankee’s fan, just like my dad. My sister always teases me about why I want to be just like our father. They always said that because when he came back everybody knew as a port-a-potty guy. Just because he works for Brewers now, doesn’t mean he not going to mean anything to me. He’s our father we all should love him for who he is. I mean our grandfather was a veteran in Pearl Harbor, and we all love him. "Well we would have known him if he didn't get shot" my sister said. we all went silent, we all held back tears. I asked my dad when he came home. I said it hesitating to let it come out of my mouth. He had a confused face, but then he said he would support me to go into the Marine’s. I go to the gym every other day. I even eat every healthy to keep myself fit. I always think about other jobs, but I know this is the job I will do. I’m going to fight for our country, until we have peace and freedom.
