What Did I Do To Get Here?
What would you do if someone told you that you were being convicted of a murder and were going to be sentanced to life in prison? What would you do if that murder was six weeks ago and you don't recall that day? What if your opponents only evidence was one guys word and that was enough? Throughout this article, I will be following and tracking the story of Adnan Syed, and his ex- girlfriend Hae Min Lee. Some background information is that Adnan and Hae were a romeo and juliet tale. Their families were strict Muslims who did not approve of dating drinking or sex. However, they had a forbidden love meeting in secret running around together. This sounds like the modern version of what Shakespere would have written. However, different than the tale of Romeo and Juliet, on was said to kill the other. And instead of killing himself, he was convicted for a crime. But the question still remains, did he kill her?
Throughout these insallments I will follow the evidence and write as detailed as possible as I can. Please let me know what you think about the murder.
