Don’t you love the feeling when you prove someone wrong when they say that you cannot do accomplish something? I know I sure do. Throughout my whole life people have always said that “ I cannot do this, I cannot do that.” But who are they to tell me if I can or cannot accomplish something. So if someone has ever said that I cannot do something, I do whatever I can to prove them wrong. People think it is okay to look down upon someone, and treat them like they do not belong in the world. Even till this day, these people still do not get punished for their actions. The best way to get back at a person is to prove them wrong, show them what you can do. Anyone can do whatever they want, or be whatever they want as long as they put their heart and soul into it. Some people have told me that I do not have what it takes to be a cheerleader, but I did become one. Others have said that I will not get accepted to college, especially out of state because I did not do enough, but they were wrong again. More people have said that I do not try my best at anything, but with all honest I do my best with everything I do. People think they know someone, but they can have the story so wrong, like it has always been said “do not judge a book by its cover.” I know these days people can be especially harder than past generations, but that is because it is a much colder world than before. People constantly bring down someone just to make themselves feel better. That is called bullying. Bullying has become a major problem that needs to be taken care. You see, if someone is telling you cannot do something, or saying things that put you down that is considered verbal abuse; bullying. Just how our mothers have taught us, “if you have nothing nice to say, do not say anything at all. The best thing to do is just ignore them, do not retaliate, or get revenge, Just simply prove anyone who has ever said anything wrong about you and see how quickly they stop saying anything about you. People need to realize that their words and actions can affect people in a very negative place. It is hard to handle it, but that is life. It is a test, and you have to go through the rough times to get through the best times. People may surprise you and begin to be nice, and if they do, do not make fun of them. Well, I just believe that there is so much that this world can offer, how do you choose just one? Like I said though, it is the best thing to do to show someone what you are made of without stooping to their level. Be the bigger person and enjoy proving people wrong.
