What Would Your Best, Motivational, Inspiring, Kick-*ss, Future Self Do? Rather Ask, What Can I Do To Mess Up?
I’ve heard before that asking yourself, “How can I possibly mess up?” “What can I do wrong?”: is an amazing way to figure out how not to mess up, or how to reach your goals faster. This exercise is a way to create problems and then solutions. When you write down ways you can mess up; your then able to catch yourself when you do, and realize this is not what I want for myself. This question is so efficient because the human brain is more capable of finding problems than solutions.
My perspective on life is to work hard, build an amazing future for yourself and worry about fun later: when you look back on life almost no one thinks “ I wish I partied more, it’s usually something like this… “ I wish I could have worked harder to live the life I truly wanted for myself”... Or “ I wish I partied more: it depends on who you're talking to. Second love those around, remain humble, stay grateful for the life you live, for the days you wake up: you can possibly never fathom when your time to go is near. I have many life philosophies that I live by but the one I want to share today is… Your feelings don’t matter in terms of what you want or need to do. I understand taking days off from work, or working out, and homework because you're overwhelmed or stressed: if you know that you want a 4.0, a banging body or a beautiful body for my soft girls, and want 10k saved up to your name then stop stressing yourself out. Make a schedule, cut out distractions, take a day out of the week for yourself. The root of your stress is your lack of time management, backbiting friends you keep around, the overly processed food you put in your body, and most importantly your anxiety you let linger around.
Although I have more to say. I will not: I’m going to end our adventure here.Lastly and importantly, I’m going to share my list of “what can I do to mess up.”
I can sleep during the day
I can spend all day on social media
I can not read anything or not do anything productive
I can not eat all day
I can’t stay motivated
I can watch tv all day
I can stay in my comfort zone
I cannot go on walks or workout
I can eat junk food
I can overwhelm myself with too much work
Now lets counterattack all these things I can do to mess up with solutions, such as instead of sleeping during the day when I’m “tired” (sleeping during the day really means boredom or you actually are sleepy) I can instead read a book or stretch. Instead of being on social media I can read; reading ^ social media; refocusing on best outcome ^ procrastination; eating small proportions ^ not eating at all; consistency ^ motivation; creativity ^ tv; learning to be uncomfortable ^ comfort zone; walking for 10 minutes or jump roping for 5 ^ not moving your body at all; eating mindfully ^ junk food; creating a schedule ^ cramming work.

I sat in my room asking myself what am I doing? What would I rather do? Where do I truly want to be? Well I know I want to write but I don't have the capacity to write right now. So, I thought I'd make a list of things I can do wrong in my current life; which I heard is a good technique for setting yourself up for success, but I was instead filled with creativity and inspiration to write. This piece is about becoming efficient in terms of what you want to do, it's also about upgrading your perspective on life and the quality of it.
