Writing 20,000 Words in May Thoughts
I cannot believe I made it to 20,000 words. That is absolutely insane to me. When this was first presented to the class, I thought there is no way I can do it. That is a ton of words and a ton of work to do. But here I am and I did it. This process was great as it was not only therapeutic to write, but it was nice to just get thoughts out. I liked remembering old memories and going back to the past, I really enjoyed the process of 20,000 in May and I want to do this even when I am not a Creative Writing student. I am proud that even though I did not do my goal of what I wanted to write about, I wrote about what I felt comfortable and happy with writing about. So thank you, to myself but also to this class for making this a fun and creative assignment for me. And 20K in May, you rock! Lots of love to 20K in May
