Thorns By Cianna C.
I can relate to Cianna C.'s poem "Thorns" because it made me feel aware. The poem made me feel this way because it has truth to it. For example, the poem said "There is beauty in words, in lines, written and read, and with every stroke, he cut me open and reminded me that roses have thorns." The words of this poem captivate me because to me it is saying that there are men and boys out there who use sweet words and then later they go behind your back and hurt your emotions. Thank you Cianna, for making me aware that a lot of men and boys just tend to break your heart.
