A Love Song to Running
I agree with her because I run as well and can say the feeling is truly amazing. She says that “running is one of the best forms of exercise” and I can first hand say that is true. She states “the peace and solace nature of running is amazing,” and that is very true. People say that running too much will affect your knees and that you will get injured, but recent studies show exactly the opposite. She states that the studies say people with a running history have better knees and better health.
