Invisible Damage
I wholeheartedly agree with Mikhayala D. in her article "Invisible Damage". In this article she explains when you get abused in a relationship it does not always mean punches and bruises but emotional damage. She states, "When you hear of emotional abuse, do you realize that there are trigger words that trap victims in thier own minds with no intentions of setting them free?" Being emotionally abused is as hard as being physically abused. Thank you Mikhayla for talking about how abuse does not always occur physically.
