I Found Love
When you first hear of the phrase, "I Found Love", you'd think someone was in love. However, I didnt expect it to be someone's love for a dog. In the poem "I Found Love,"the author discusses their love for their dog. Although, I don't own a dog or pet, I can understand the authors love for their dog. It's similar to the love between humans.
The author discussed how instead of being like other people, they stayed at home with their dog. They were patient with him even if he was misbehaving. This reminds me of how couples interact with their partner and how parents interact with their children. In any way, there's always love for them. I like this piece because the author reminds me of love everywhere. Love is always in the air even if it's not Valentine's Day.
