Feedback on "I Hate Truth or Dare"
Nathalie Chicoine described a personal experience of hers that is common amongst children and young adults. In this experience she questioned whether or not she was "normal" because she wasn't attracted to anyone she knew. This article truly spoke to me because it was relatable. Being thirteen, I sat through many truth or dare requests about crushes.
Prior or to reading this article I believed what Nathalie esperienced. Sitting through those awkward games of truth and dare, knowing what everyone would ask. I thought I was strange for not liking anyone but Nathalie demonstrates that "accepting yourself" is important. It doesn't matter who your are, but accepting yourself for being you.
