I Hate Being a Nice Girl
I Hate Being a Nice Girl
“I Hate Being a Nice Girl”, by Noelle Downey, is an amazing memoir that really spoke out to me. It made me realize that I’m not alone in the world in the world with having the ideas written in the memoir about teen identities, and I’m sure that many other teens who have read it would say the same thing. It tells the story a girl who is expected to be a “nice” girl since a very young age, and how she has felt fake over the years. This will make teens realize that they need to find their true identity and be that person, not who people say you ought to be. The memoir has great voice and I really enjoyed it. I hope others will too.
