Depression
In the November 2013 issue of Teen Ink, Alexandra baffled me in her article “Depression”. This sort of topic is always hard for people to talk about because either you’re a person who understands the suffering but don’t like being reminded of it or you’re the type of person believes you understand but you still think it’s nothing but a little sadness. Some people believe they have the audacity to tell others to just deal with the pain when they themselves haven’t suffered any pain whatsoever, as if depression isn’t something anyone should be concerned about.
