Team Diary Free
Katie’s article “Team Diary Free” overwhelmed me. I suffer from Celiac disease, which is a gluten-intolerance which can ultimately be deadly. I know what it is like to go through “should I eat this?” or “do I want to feel sick for this?” and it is challenging, but not completely impossible. The battle you fight now will let you have a smarter and healthier life, you get to try new things! So keep your head up! As someone with an intolerance similar to yours, I felt moved and honored that you wrote about your lactose-intolerance. I am one of the few people who have this type of disease, and life will not be the same, but you and I are not alone. Thank you, Katie Reilly, for the marvelous life story and keep being tough.
