Team Dairy Free
Katie, your article "Team Dairy Free" is inspiring. Eating food then getting a stomach ache for two months is a large burden to endure. Then going to a doctor, only to be told you have to cut out the best foods of your diet, is worse. However, actually being able to do such a thing shows great character. Strength from within is something not every has. If everyone had as much commitment, we would all have what we want. Your story has given me more grateful for what I can eat, with also more determination.
