My Friend and I
“Its just an old, beaten-up basketball but it has been one of my longest most consistent relationships.” I can really relate to the Eric's words. In the summer I also practice basketball a lot just for my own good, to be better. During the summer sunset, to cool down after a hot day, I go outside to practice, to communicate with the asphalt. When I’m out there I practice to overcome my weaknesses until I get them right. Playing basketball Is relaxing; it helps me keep my mind off things in everyday life. Basketball has been my new occupation, just like the writer, Eric.
