Girl Auction
I was really appreciative of Shelby Bouck's article,"Girl Auction.""I took major hit to my self esteem," I feel girls are constantly comparing themselves to someone who they believe is more skinny, prettier, or even smarter at times. But why do we set such low standards of thinking? The auction being a small example of how we set our self esteem for failure in hopes of acceptance. True beauty and intellectualises comes from the inside and our actions. The American express commercial best states it with, "Priceless!"
