Diary of a Hoarders Kid

Although I can not relate to Hailey's article "Diary of a Hoarders Kid," I feel her struggles through her words. I am moved as she recounts her childhood in her cramped, trash filled room. Being an only child for the majority of my life, I have always had enough space and the thought of living in such a claustrophobic space terrifies me. I find it horrible that parents would subject their kids to this kind of environment shocks me. Thank you, Hailey for sharing your story.
