Your Loved Ones
In Justin Hong's poem, If I Had a Dollar... he wrote about a loved one being very far away from him. I thought his poem was very touching and heart felt. He took a twist on a popular phrase and made it his own which was very creative. He used things such as the miles that seperated him to describe the distance literally and mentally. I thought his short poem summed up an incredibly sweet relationship full of wishes to see each other. I think the last line of the poem was so sweet that any reader would go 'aw'. Overall, I think this poem was well written and the topic and idea behind it was well chosen.
