Just Dance
I can relate to Matthew R in his article "Just Dance". It is true about what he said about "when I'm dancing, all my troubles disappear." Like with me when I have a problem or anger and I start dancing I forget about everything. It makes me feel good and realease me of stress. Most people should have a physical way of releasing stress by dancing. Keep dancing Matthew. It is a great way to forget about problems and many other things.
