The Carpet and the Beast
I can relate to "The Carpet and the Beast" by "Theo" from Minnesota. His story resembles my story when both of us and our parent/s almost get attack by an owners dogs. Although my story was different because I was working with my parents outside cleaning up a palm tree and the owners dogs appeared out of nowhere. My mom silently told me to stay still because they would attack me if I ran or moved. I thought much differently than you in this situation, but luckily the owner noticed and put his dogs inside his house. I didn't want to work with my parents if this situation happened again. Thank you "Theo" for sharing your story. Your story inspired me to tell my story because I didn't know anyone had a similar experience as I had.
