Small but Strong
I can relate to Schwarts when she wrote about strength in “Small but Strong”. Often people tend to think that strength is defined by the body composition or how big someone is. When really, like she said “strength is the ability to carry out work against a resistance”. To me being strong is doing something that requires you to gather up courage or how you are able to undergo a problem through pressure. Another is, the minds endurance to physical, academic, or emotional challenges. The stereotypical assumption in today's society about strength is whether or not you can lift 350 lbs. When actually strength can be defined in many alternante ways. Thank you Schwarts for this piece.
