I wholeheartedly agree with Dumebi Onogwu in his article "Foreign Identity" of how foreigner have to identify themselves in a new country. Chukwudumebi is Nigerian girl who move to America with her parents. Since arriving here, Chukwudumebi have a hard time knowing her new home and the culture. It's difficult to be someone to adapt to a new culture and still be surround by your own culture and that is how Chukwudumebi felt in her America "it took me a while to perfect my American accent" but when she is speaking in her Nigerian accent she remember how it felt back in her own culture. Thank you, Dumebi for writing an article describing how it feel like in your own culture and a new culture.
