What's Broken by Miles P
The writing titled “What’s Broken”, written by Miles P., talks about issues with racism and unfairness because of the color of one’s skin. He left me feeling inspired to stand up for people of all colors or races. I agree with the author and I understand what he is talking about because I see the same issues in our society today. People of color are still not treated fairly to this day, “…black and brown kids die every day and there isn’t a march for them.” This article is written very well and you can tell the author is passionate about what he is writing, “Law enforcement is supposed to keep us safe, but people are often assumed to be criminals based on the color of their skin.” The authors’ arguments are strongly spoke and I agree with the points he makes.
