Hidden in the Pictures
In the story “Hidden in the Pictures” the author Beatrix B. on pages 54-55 of the January- February edition of Teen Ink leaves me with many different feelings. This story left me feeling very confused, but the story also left me feeling a sense of mystery. This story was pretty well written, but could have had a better ending paragraph. The first sentence was really what got me and many other readers hooked into this story. The first sentence says, “I examined images of the celebrated Apollo 11 stones, unearthed from a cave in mountainous Namibia.” This really got me hooked because the Apollo 11 moon landing ship is a very interesting topic that I personally love talking about. The next sentence in the story that interested me is when the author writes, “one of which is a curious four-legged creature.” When the author wrote this, it aroused my interest in the story even further because Aliens! This is a pretty good story that I recommend reading.
