Mental illness: Erase the stigma
I found Elaine Commack’s article “Mental illness: Erase the stigma” very true to today's world. It talks about an issue that is prevalent in today's society. Elaine says “I've become embarrassed when others bring up my well-being around people.” People have this stereotypical notion that we need to be healthy, and well at all times in order to be normal and fit in. I agree with her on the situation that people need to stop fronting about their health. It is nothing to be ashamed of.People need to take care of themselves, and mental health. Your well-being is always first. Thank you Elaine for sharing your piece on mental health.
