Weeping Willows
Dear Weeping Willow,
Please don't cry! I shall nurture you. I'll be your protector, guarding you from life's careless people. No speck of trash, nor poisonous chemical will destroy your strong and beautiful self. No man will be allowed to cut you down for paper or fire wood. You will stand tall, proud, and healthy. You will thrive. Children will swing from your strong branches. Families will have picnics under your long, beautiful canopy. You will be the star of a photograph. Please do not weep, dear Willow. I will protect you. I promise.
Love,
Me
