Duende
I wholeheartedly agree with Emily Wohl in her article "Duende." I enjoy the fact that Wohl used dance in her writing. "Pirouette through pulsating veins," make me have a mental image of what she is saying. Her word choice gives texture to the story she is telling. When Emily says "Tangled roots cradle and comfort the tenderest muscle," I can picture her performance as if I were present during her grand moment. Thank you Emily for such a fantastic and insightful piece of writing!
